Job Title: Robotics Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves the inspection, maintenance, and programming of robotic systems within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect all machinery for defects and perform preventative maintenance.Program robots for sealants, adhesives, mastics, MIG, and resistance welding.Set up robotic welding stations by operating and retrieving various computer programs stored in robotic welding equipment.Adjust equipment and change welding fixtures to ensure quality welding within given parameters.Modify existing equipment and install new equipment as required.Troubleshoot and diagnose electric/electronic system faults, tune equipment, and ensure adequate controls and safety measures are functional.Carry out monthly and yearly electrical maintenance procedures, repairing or replacing parts as needed.

Essential Skills

2+ years of Robotic experience, ideally with Fanuc, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.2+ years of experience in maintenance repair and welding applications, with a preference for Aluminum GMAW, spot welding, and resistance welding.Strong knowledge of electrical functioning, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, and automation equipment.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69680.00 - $69680.00/yr.
