JOB SUMMARY:
Performs duties in preventive maintenance of the production equipment, operations and maintenance of the physical facilities, including fabrication, modifications or construction as required. Troubleshoot all production equipment and support equipment including CNC Machines and repair as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform either scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on machines and facilities equipment assigned by Facilities Management.
· Cross-trains, when possible, to build skillset between team members.
· Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
· Uses time management skills to complete assigned work order requests efficiently to meet turnaround times and commitments to the customer, while continually improving the customer experience. Maintains high quality of work and craftsmanship.
· Under supervision, will perform assigned tasks on the building and equipment, completing the work on time and within budget.
· Expected to collaborate with other techs and leaders to continually find the best way and most cost-effective options.
· Create materials and parts lists for projects and assist technicians or facilities management to order parts through the procurement process.
· Troubleshoot all production and facilities equipment including CNC Machines and repair as needed. Ability to Contact and work with outside services to diagnose problems and or repair equipment in person, over the phone and internet.
· Performs other related support duties as required (Facilities/Maintenance, EHS support).
· P.C., Computer Skills needed including Microsoft Office applications.
· Assist with snow removal and salting of parking lots and walkways.
· Ability to work out of a scissor lift or man basket at heights more than 30ft
· Safely operate maintenance equipment and tools (drills, grinders, other related power tools)
· Provide “On-Call” support for critical facility infrastructure and production emergencies.
· Participate in and support our quality system along with environmental health and safety programs and policy.

EDUCATION:
· Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
· Requires the use of advanced shop math, a variety of precision measuring instruments, reading and interpretation of blueprints and engineering specifications and a broad knowledge of the tooling trade.
· Requires the ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in any of the following skillsets is preferred:
· Electrical, including new installation and repairs
· HVAC, including chillers and cooling tower operations
· Plumbing, including boiler operations and RO/DI water systems
· Welding, including MIG, TIG, GMAW and Oxygen/Acetylene brazing
· General Facilities, including framing, drywall, painting, furniture, door hardware, etc
· CNC machining or machine control knowledge
· Industrial machine and plc electrical troubleshooting
· Lifting equipment and rigging knowledge
