**Maintenance Technician $27-$34/hr with WEEKLY pay!** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance expertise. This role requires proficiency in motor controls and industrial 3-phase power troubleshooting. Experience with conveyor systems, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance for facilities, material handling equipment, conveyors, electrical and mechanical equipment, motor controls, and PLCs. + Troubleshoot 3-phase power issues and motor controls. + Act as the primary point of contact for all breakdowns and preventative maintenance tasks. + Perform general handyman work as needed, including changing lights. + Maintain and service mechanical and electrical systems. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience. + 1 year of experience with motor controls. + Proficient in troubleshooting industrial 3-phase power issues. + Welding and mechanical troubleshooting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conveyor systems is a significant advantage. + Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values consistent work hours and job stability. Access to the facilities is available from 8 am to 4 pm, and travel time from the central location is compensated. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrendale, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
