As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components including gears, conveyors, bearings, and EOT Cranes. You will also troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels, as well as conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. Collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment installation and modification is essential.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including PLCs.Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment installation and modification.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in machinery.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.Work with hand and power tools to dismantle, assemble, and test machinery.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in both mechanical and electrical work.Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and apprentices.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, and pumps.Demonstrate good housekeeping practices to maintain a safe work area.Operate and inspect material handling and light mobile equipment.Communicate completed tasks through verbal, written, or computerized logs.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance, mechanical, industrial, diesel, and heavy equipment mechanics.Proficiency in repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Ability to read schematics and perform electrical and PLC troubleshooting.Experience with 3-phase and industrial maintenance.Knowledge of diesel engine and plant maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with maintenance of processing equipment like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and gear boxes is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a pioneering team in the construction industry known for delivering cutting-edge precast/prestressed concrete products.
