Maintenance Technician

**Job Description:**
+ This role involves being a maintenance technician in a manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain machinery and equipment.
+ Plan and execute repair activities.
+ Develop and follow maintenance procedures.
+ Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) approximately 40% of the time.
+ Rebuild pumps and replace bearings.
+ Read and interpret technical prints.
+ Work with 3-phase 480v electrical systems.
+ Change out proximity switches and sensors.
+ Receive and manage work orders through UpKeep.
+ Troubleshoot pneumatic components.
+ Work on wire-draw machinery, motors, and spindles.
**Essential Skills**
+ Maintenance technician experience.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Mechanical repair expertise.
+ Knowledge of 3-phase 480v systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must own tools.
+ 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Previous experience performing PMs.
+ Experience in troubleshooting pumps and changing bearings.
+ Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase 480v systems.
+ PLC experience is a plus.
+ Previous experience in wire manufacturing is beneficial.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bremen, IN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
