**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical repairs. Your tasks will include fixing hydraulic weld-test presses, electronic resistance weld (ERW) roller lines, coolant lines, and conveyor belts. You will also engage in preventive maintenance, especially during the 2nd shift, focusing on conveyors, gearboxes, and spindles. Additionally, you will troubleshoot PLCs, understanding and relaying ladder logic, and work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps and valves. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, gearboxes, and spindles. + Execute electrical troubleshooting on 480v, 3-phase motors and related systems. + Conduct maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, cylinders, and valves. + Troubleshoot and relay ladder logic for PLCs. + Engage in preventive maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to PM plans. + Perform welding for general maintenance repair. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Utilize meters for precise electrical measurements. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems. + Ability to repair gearboxes, motors, and spindles. + Skilled in welding and fabrication. + Strong blueprint reading skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a strict preventive maintenance environment. + Capability to work effectively during 2nd shift hours. + Understanding of industrial power tools and maintenance service. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy good benefits in a safety-first plant with an incentive plan based on production output.
