Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting duties. You will be responsible for maintaining CNC machines, robotic welders, and automation systems, ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and routine inspections across CNC machines, robotic welders, and automation systems.Troubleshoot CNC controls, automated robotic cells, sensors, motors, and PLC-driven systems.Monitor automation equipment such as material-handling robotics, conveyors, and automated inspection systems.Ensure safe and proper functionality of robotic guarding, light curtains, and safety devices.Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machining centers, including spindles, tool changers, coolant systems, and axis drives.Assist with machine alignments, lubrication system checks, and component replacements.Essential Skills

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.Experience working with CNC machines and/or robotic welding equipment.Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery (Fanuc/Allen-Bradley experience a plus).Ability to work independently on second shift with minimal supervision.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Speedway, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
