**Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical** **Pay:** $34.50/hour **Shift:** 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical** to support the maintenance, reliability, and repair of manufacturing equipment used to build world-class rail vehicles. **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial equipment (CNC machines, welding robots, hydraulic presses, motors, HVAC, and electrical systems) + Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues (12V–480V, 3-phase power, PLCs) + Support equipment installation, setup, and startup + Complete work orders, documentation, and preventive maintenance tasks + Fabricate fixtures and assist with training other technicians + Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment + Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings **Schedule & Environment:** + 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Monday–Friday + Training on day shift + Clean, modern manufacturing facility **Why Work Here:** + Competitive benefits starting Day 1 + 11 paid holidays, 18 days PTO, 401(k) match + Career development, tuition reimbursement, and employee perks **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $80766.00/yr. 11 paid holidays, 18 days of PTO 401K - 6% company match Freedom and healthy work-life balance Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, HSA/FSA, Commuter Benefits starting Day 1!
