As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, die casting machines, Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, robotics, and various manufacturing equipment. You will also maintain records on preventive maintenance schedules, regularly read blueprints and schematics, and may assist with maintaining parts inventory. The role involves running pipe, troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems, and reading and interpreting ladder logic.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a modern manufacturing facility spanning roughly 350,000 square feet with 345 employees. It is equipped with new, automated machinery and robotics. This facility operates on a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:40 PM, Monday through Friday, and a 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 6:40 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The company is one of the only die casting companies in the area and focuses on manufacturing structured components, including engine cradles, mirror brackets, and transmission parts for tier-1 automotive clients.
