Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, die casting machines, Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, robotics, and various manufacturing equipment. You will also maintain records on preventive maintenance schedules, regularly read blueprints and schematics, and may assist with maintaining parts inventory. The role involves running pipe, troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems, and reading and interpreting ladder logic.

ResponsibilitiesRepair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, die casting machines, and Fanuc robots.Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, robotics, and controls.Maintain records on preventive maintenance schedules.Read blueprints and schematics regularly.Assist in maintaining parts inventory and understanding computer/ordering systems.Run pipe and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.Read and interpret ladder logic (PLC troubleshooting with a laptop is a plus).Essential Skills5 years of experience in machine repair (hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprints, industrial).5 years of electrical troubleshooting experience (voltage up to 480v and AC/DC motors).1 year of experience in reading/interpreting ladder logic.1 year of experience in troubleshooting robotics.Additional Skills & QualificationsPLC programming knowledge (training provided if needed).Understanding of 5S standards.Journeyman card/degree/technical school or any form of continued education.Forklift certification.Welding skills in MIG, TIG, stick, and arc.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a modern manufacturing facility spanning roughly 350,000 square feet with 345 employees. It is equipped with new, automated machinery and robotics. This facility operates on a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:40 PM, Monday through Friday, and a 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 6:40 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The company is one of the only die casting companies in the area and focuses on manufacturing structured components, including engine cradles, mirror brackets, and transmission parts for tier-1 automotive clients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.
