We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant running safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for repairing, maintaining, adjusting, and troubleshooting a wide range of production machinery and equipment. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks and assist production as needed. Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain plant machinery including mixers, mills, extruders, conveyors, and related equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issuesReassemble machines after repairs or maintenanceStart and observe machines to ensure proper operation and efficiencyPerform preventive maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly scheduleLubricate machines and apply adhesives or materials per specificationsInstall, replace, or modify machine parts and attachmentsMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentBroad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance operationsWelding and fabrication experience preferredForklift maintenance experience a plusComfortable using computers and maintenance tracking systemsValid driver’s licenseStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
