Temp-to-Hire position$14.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Assist with installations, construction-related tasks, and minor electrical or plumbing work.
Monitor and report issues affecting quality, safety, or operational efficiency.
Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Support day-to-day activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, facility upkeep, or related roles.
Basic knowledge of machinery, equipment, and facility maintenance procedures.
Skilled in using maintenance tools and performing general repairs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) must be able to communicate effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong work ethic and reliability required.
