Contract to Hire position$27.00 /hourSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)Job Details
Troubleshoot and repair 3?phase and single-phase motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and related electrical systemsPerform maintenance activities using CMMS systems for documentation, work orders, and preventive maintenance trackingDiagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial or manufacturing environmentWork with 480V, 240V, and 120V control voltagesRespond to maintenance calls, equipment breakdowns, and emergency repairs as neededCollaborate with production, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and safe equipment operationFollow all electrical and mechanical safety regulations, including LOTO and facility safety proceduresMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceProven experience repairing motors, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical systemsStrong understanding of high and low control voltages, including 480V and 120VAbility to diagnose complex technical problems using strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible schedules, including emergency response when requiredKnowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards, regulations, and best practicesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
