Temporary position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftMaintenance Tech will perform routine maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic equipment or facility repairs. Responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Experience performing general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and minor equipment or facility repairsAbility to maintain property curb appeal, including upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areasBasic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to maintenance workStrong time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently during a short-term assignmentDependable and self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervisionApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
