Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. This includes working with CNC mills and lathes, plastic injection mold machinery, custom pumps, and electrical test stands, as well as hydraulics and pneumatics. Basic facilities maintenance will also be required, covering areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.

ResponsibilitiesConduct mechanical and electrical repairs on plant equipment.Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, plastic injection mold machinery, custom pumps, and electrical test stands.Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Perform basic facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.Handle low and high voltage electrical work, including 120V at an intermediate level.Apply Arc Flash training in electrical work.Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, specifically Fanuc and Mitsubishi.Essential Skills5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficient in maintenance repair and troubleshooting.Experience with preventive maintenance and electrical repair.Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and automation.1 year of experience in maintenance on CNC machinery.Additional Skills & QualificationsArc Flash training.Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi PLCs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is for the second shift, working from 3:30pm to 11:30pm. The role is within a large facility with approximately 200 employees on the shop floor across the first and second shifts. Overtime is not mandated but available, averaging one weekend every two months. You will be part of a team of three technicians on the second shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
