Maintenance Technician
Location: Woodland, CA
Pay: $27 - $47 DOE
Shift: Day/Night 4/10 Schedule
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support automated production and manufacturing operations in
an industrial environment. Multiple openings are available across various shifts for General Technicians, Technicians, and Master Technicians,
depending on skill level and experience. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical, electrical, and control systems
used in continuous or high‑volume manufacturing. Technicians work on automated equipment, PLC‑controlled machinery, and industrial support systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment and automated production linesTroubleshoot and repair PLC‑controlled systems, sensors, drives, motors, and control panelsDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, blueprints, and technical manualsSupport production uptime by responding to equipment breakdowns and implementing permanent fixesUtilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, PMs, and equipment historyPerform installation, modification, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and automation systemsMaintain compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and good manufacturing practicesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, safety, and equipment performanceRequired Skills & Experience:
Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or production environmentMechanical and electrical maintenance experiencePLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)Electrical troubleshooting in 3-phase industrial systemsPneumatics and hydraulicsPreventive and corrective maintenance methodologiesConveyor systems and automated production equipmentBlueprint, schematic, and ladder logic interpretationUse of hand tools, electrical test equipment, and diagnostic toolsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a temperature-controlled warehouse with up to six racks high. Employees will need to climb and work on catwalks at higher elevations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $47.00/hr.
