Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical work, and project-based work. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and automation technologies.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including injection molding machines, pump lines, HVAC systems, and automation and robotics systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 2- and 3-phase, 440V circuits.Work with PLC controls (Mitsubishi) and hydraulic systems.Conduct regular PMs, especially on Fridays, and assist with project-based tasks.Occasionally assist with reconfiguring cubicles and office equipment.Rarely assist with janitorial tasks as needed.Maintain accurate records using maintenance software.Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.Essential SkillsExperience with electrical, HVAC, maintenance technician tasks.Understanding of schematics and blueprints.Experience with electrical maintenance, injection molding, 440V, 2-phase, and 3-phase systems.Knowledge of chillers, RTUs, PLCs, filter changes, air compressors, and hydraulics.Experience with automation and robotics.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial maintenance experience is required.Exposure to 2/3 phase power systems and 440V electrical is required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position operates Monday-Friday, 3PM-11:30PM, with the possibility to adjust start/end times by 30 minutes if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
