Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We're expanding our 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance teams and adding a technician to each shift. We're seeking techs with a proactive mindset who want to improve the lines and equipment with a see-something say-something attitude. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, conveyance systems, steam and dryer systems as well as overall facilities maintenance. This is in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.
Responsibilities
Proactively investigate needs, evaluate issues, and present/recommend alternatives to decrease overall facility operational downtime, thereby increasing operational effectiveness.Locate, identify, and resolve any safety issues with mechanical or electrical devices.Develop and maintain purchasing and inventory controls for repair parts and tool inventories.Support existing and future projects during installations, start-up, and long-term operation.Support daily and weekly asset usage.Assist in daily and weekly training of warehouse personnel.Assist with special projects as directed by management.Continuously seek to improve upon existing methods of operation through research and development.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic warehouse environment where food-grade containers are received, unloaded, sorted, sanitized, washed, quality controlled, restacked, and prepped for shipment. The maintenance team oversees facilities and mechanical maintenance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
