You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities

This position involves working with both the molding and assembly sides of the plant, equipped with advanced technologies and robotics

Job Responsibilities

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on plastic injection molding machines, including thermolators, water systems, and pipingConduct electrical troubleshooting, including tracking and tracing, control panel diagnostics for 240V & 480V, and reading electrical drawingsUtilize computer systems to learn and apply preventive maintenance programsTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systemsEngage in preventive maintenance, schematic reading, and blueprint analysisConduct PLC troubleshooting and collaborate with the Controls Engineer when necessaryParticipate in welding, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and fabrication tasksUtilize industrial maintenance techniques to ensure efficient production processes

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems on plastic injection machinesProficiency in diagnosing issues with resin flow systems, thermolators, and water systemsAbility to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits using voltmeters and read electrical drawingsComfortable with learning and utilizing preventive maintenance programs on computersJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrison, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
