**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components of production equipment and machines. The role includes installing and repairing electrical components of industrial equipment and machinery, performing all preventive maintenance functions, and ensuring the upkeep of buildings and grounds. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. + Install and repair electrical components of industrial equipment. + Perform preventive maintenance functions. + Ensure maintenance of buildings and grounds. + Troubleshoot equipment based on schematics. **Essential Skills** + Electrical experience with the ability to read and troubleshoot schematics. + Proficiency in conveyor systems, mechanical, and preventive maintenance. + Experience in troubleshooting pneumatics and electrical systems. + 2+ years experience troubleshooting machines and understanding schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment is a plus. + Experience with conveyors and high-speed packaging equipment. **Why Work Here?** Employees benefit from a clean, climate-controlled environment and receive full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees frequently work near moving mechanical parts and are exposed to electrical shock risks. Occasionally, work is performed in high places and varying weather conditions, with exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration. Temperature in the factory ranges from 70°F in winter to 110°F in summer. Employees may encounter grease and oil and are expected to work mandatory or voluntary overtime to meet production requirements, including different shift structures. Work involves roasters, conveyors, sensors, palletizers/depalletizers, actuators, pneumatics, and PLCs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
