Location: Windsor, CO
Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (every other Wednesday off)
Shift Differential: + $4.50/hour

Main Job Responsibilities
Support and mentor Maintenance Tech I team members on equipment setups, repairs, and troubleshooting.Train production and maintenance employees on equipment operation, cleaning, and preventative care.Maintain accurate, compliant documentation aligned with cGMP, FDA, and SOP standards.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities.Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.Recommend and implement system upgrades and process improvements.Assist Engineering with equipment layout, installations, and design updates.Participate in hazardous‑waste training and support spill response procedures.Work inside a cleanroom environment, maintaining strict contamination‑control and gowning requirements.Manage spare‑parts inventory; submit requisitions and order materials as needed.Install new machinery and equipment.Cleanroom Environment:
Wearing full gowning gear (hairnet, gloves, coveralls, etc.)Following strict entry/exit and contamination‑prevention proceduresWorking in a temperature‑controlled, quiet, and organized environmentQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or regulated environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of cGMP and FDA complianceAbility to work in cleanroom conditions with proper gowningFamiliarity with hazardous‑waste handling and safety proceduresJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
