Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on a 2-2-3 schedule with options for daylight or overnight shifts. This role is essential in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to ensure smooth operations.Perform electrical maintenance, including working with 480v systems, AC/DC theory, and 3-phase motors.Conduct mechanical maintenance, focusing on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts.Read and interpret blueprints for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.Work with PLC maintenance to enhance equipment functionality.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum of 2 years electrical maintenance experience, specifically with 480v systems.Minimum of 2 years mechanical maintenance experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics.Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with maintenance mechanic processes.Knowledge of PLC maintenance.

Work Environment

Work in a window extrusion facility where the production floor may be loud at times. Ear plugs are provided for your safety. Choose from daylight or overnight shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with multiple openings available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Stanton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
