Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, mechanical, and electrical repairs, and troubleshoot plant equipment, including converting and corrugating machinery used for box production. The role involves working with PLCs, primarily Allen Bradley and Siemens, and requires the ability to diagnose and repair issues using computer diagnostics.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment, including greasing and oiling.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components, including sensors, switches, motor controls, VFDs, AC vector drives, PLCs, safety controllers, encoders, and TR motors.Edit and troubleshoot PLCs with a focus on Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.Interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.Order necessary parts for equipment maintenance and repairs.Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, HVAC, and seasonal tasks like salting and shoveling, when needed.Essential Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
