Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our manufacturing equipment. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of equipment to support our operations, primarily in the automotive, kitchen appliance, and emerging government and military sectors.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment, including presses, CNC machines, furnaces, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fork trucks.Troubleshoot and diagnose real-time issues with plant equipment.Engage with a variety of automated equipment within the plant.Identify opportunities for equipment rebuilding and upgrades.Interpret and work from blueprints and electrical schematics.Utilize laptops to access PLCs for monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in maintenance, automation, and electrical troubleshooting.Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and CNC operations.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in fixing and repairing plant equipment.Technical school training is advantageous.Why Work Here?Enjoy a supportive work environment that offers tech school training, tools, and uniform cleaning services. Work EnvironmentWork in a large, 400,000 sq. ft. facility with approximately 700 employees. The environment is loud and dirty, with significant time spent in the plant (75-100%). The role primarily operates on the second shift from 4 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday. Enjoy a $1 premium for second and third shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
A lot of available OT\n\nTech school training\n\nProvide tools and tool box and uniform cleaning\n\n$1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd\n\nAs much OT as you want - up to 60 hours. Anywhere from 6 months to a couple of years doing trainings and classes.
