ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment including fabrication equipment, lasers, presses, robots, automated conveyor lines, thermoforming machines, and foam forming machines.Conduct minor welding and fabrication tasks.Engage in electrical work up to 480v and PLC troubleshooting (primarily Allen-Bradley and some Siemens).Participate in special projects as needed.Use personal basic tools for tasks while more expensive tools will be provided.Essential Skills5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic repair, and preventive maintenance.Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical schematics and blueprints.Experience in PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossession of a 2-year technical degree.Why Work Here?Experience a direct hire opportunity in a state-of-the-art facility that is large, clean, automated, and climate-controlled. Work EnvironmentWork in one of the cleanest and well-kept manufacturing facilities in Southern Wisconsin, spanning 600,000 square feet. The facility is climate-controlled, maintaining a constant temperature of 72 degrees. The third shift operates from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning, with options for flexible working hours ranging from 40 to 60 hours per week. The maintenance team aims to expand to 9 technicians on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Enjoy a $1.50 premium for 2nd shift and a $2.50 premium for 3rd shift.
