Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves working 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with initial training on 1st shift for five weeks. The role is direct hire.

Responsibilities

Repair and troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, welding, cutting, and heavy industrial wiring.Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.Perform Total Preventative Maintenance on all machinery and equipment as scheduled.Learn process, equipment specifications, and company standards by consulting resources, associates, manuals, training department, and policies.Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Skills

High School Diploma3+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with preventative maintenanceElectrical troubleshooting (480v)Ability to read blueprints and schematicsProficiency in hydraulics and pneumaticsWelding and fabrication skillsPLC troubleshooting skills
