Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for our facility in Alliance. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment used in the bottling and packaging of products. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficient operation of our high-speed manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment used in bottling and packaging.Assist in repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and process monitoring systems.Repair and maintain gauges, meters, transducers, and transmitters.Perform troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC troubleshooting and programming.Essential SkillsExperience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps and valves.Knowledge of GMP standards in a beverage manufacturing environment.Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with high-speed bottling and manufacturing equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Basic computer skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $83200.00/yr.
