**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain all aspects of the machinery and facility. + Conduct safety training and adhere to all safety guidelines. + Handle preventive maintenance tasks with urgency. + Repair machines according to work orders. + Interpret and understand blueprints and schematics for pneumatic and hydraulic systems. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience in routine maintenance across electrical and hydraulic systems. + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skills in PLC troubleshooting and controls. + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. + Welding and conveyor systems knowledge. + Experience with motors, installation, and electrical maintenance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $87360.00/yr.
