**Job Title: Maintenance Technician-up to $33/hr** **Job Description** Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Orrville, OH, working either 2nd or 3rd shift. You will be responsible for maintaining industrial machinery and mobile equipment, as well as installing, replacing, and repairing equipment both mechanically and electrically. Your role will include repairing and installing pneumatics and hydraulics on machines and equipment, and replacing and troubleshooting conveyors, gears, bearings, motors, sensors, hoses, compressors, and more. **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial maintenance on machinery and mobile equipment. + Install, replace, and repair equipment both mechanically and electrically. + Repair and install pneumatics and hydraulics on machines and equipment. + Replace and troubleshoot conveyors, gears, bearings, motors, sensors, hoses, compressors, and more. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to read blueprints. + Skill in troubleshooting motors and sensors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding (Mig or Tig). + Maintenance experience on tow motors or heavy equipment. + Experience in a foundry environment. + Ability to provide own tools, although some tools are available on site. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working at a family-owned company that has never had a layoff. You will not be working around or with molten product, but the facility does get hot. Be prepared to work a lot of hours, including 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, and 5-6 hours most Saturdays, with potential rotation for on-call Sundays. Enjoy two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch during your shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orrville, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
