Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

Under the direction of the plant manager or designated supervisor, the Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of skilled tasks involved in building and equipment maintenance. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and involves troubleshooting, fabricating, and repairing equipment.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and fabricate equipment repairs for production processes, including forklifts, material handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, boilers, and pipefitting.Perform threading and demonstrate basic welding skills.Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.Essential SkillsPrevious maintenance experience preferred.Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Forklift experience required.4 recent years of machine repair on manufacturing equipment.Ability to Stick weld or Tig weld.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hydraulics, preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, quality control chemistry, and pneumatics.Ability to perform occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.Why Work Here?
