We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of our plant's manufacturing systems and physical property. This role is vital to our business, accelerating value through preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and small physical repairs. ResponsibilitiesConduct preventive maintenance on production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.Operate processing machinery to minimize downtime.Apply advanced understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Maintain and operate water plant equipment such as ice makers, compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems.Ensure manufacturing equipment is functional and supplies are ready.Manage ordering and inventory control of repair parts.Test production quality by inspecting ice for clarity, cube size, and hole space.Lead and participate in value stream mapping activities.Utilize lean tools to facilitate continuous process improvements.Essential SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents in English.6-8 years of work experience in industrial maintenance operations.Maintenance Certification from a recognized certifying authority.Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in an unfatigued state.Capability to cope with sudden changes and emergency situations.Additional Skills & QualificationsCompletion of two of the following certifications: PLC Certification, Journeyman Certification, Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician.High School diploma or GED.Experience with electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Basic understanding of water plant operations and maintenance.Why Work Here?Join a company that values continuous improvement and servant leadership. Work EnvironmentWork in an industrial environment with exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations, electrical hazards, and heavy moving equipment. This role requires working nights and weekends with occasional travel. The shift is from 7am to 4pm, and you must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs. The environment is fast-paced and rapidly changing, requiring an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
