Maintenance Technician
**Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing & Cleanroom** **Shift:** Wed–Sat, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (every other Wednesday off) **Levels Hiring:** Tech I, II, III **Employment Type:** Permanent **Summary** Seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical training. This role works in a cleanroom environment and requires adherence to FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards. **Compensation** + **Tech I:** $23.80–$25.80/hr + **Tech II:** $28.50–$30.50/hr + **Tech III:** $33.50–$35.50/hr **Key Responsibilities** + Train Maintenance Tech I and production staff on equipment operation and cleaning + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, refrigeration, and boiler systems + Maintain accurate maintenance and training documentation + Support equipment installations and process improvements + Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams + Maintain spare parts inventory + Handle hazardous waste per procedures + Work in a cleanroom with regular gowning **Required Experience** + Manufacturing/production maintenance + Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting + Mechanical and electrical repair + Ability to follow FDA/cGMP/SOP procedures **Preferred Skills** + Regulated industry experience (pharma/food/bev/medical device) + Refrigeration or boiler maintenance + Welding or machining + PLC troubleshooting + Basic Word/Excel skills **Requirements** + Drug test + Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks + Must be okay with cleanroom gowning + Day‑shift training period (~6 weeks) **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
