**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will diagnose and repair machine malfunctions, maintain company machinery according to blueprints and data charts, and ensure continuous production. You will have the opportunity to perform machinist's work related to the installation and relocation of machine tools, and work collaboratively within project teams. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems, inspect machines, and observe operation to detect the cause of malfunction. + Make necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain machinery in production. + Repair and maintain machinery as directed, disassemble and rebuild machines, overhaul components and attachments, and replace purchased parts as needed. + Select and lay out replacement parts from parts lists and catalogs, set up and operate machine tools to machine parts. + Perform machinist's work related to new machine tool installations or relocation of existing machines, possibly as part of a project team. + Perform routine housekeeping activities in the work area to ensure a clean and safe environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical repairs. + Proficiency in hydraulics and preventive maintenance. + Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman certification is a significant advantage. + Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled work environment with access to eight clean rooms.
