Job Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative Applewood Pointe Bloomington in Bloomington, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.

 

This Maintenance schedule includes;

40 hours every two weeksParrt time, Day shiftNo weekends!

Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance dutiesPerforms general repairsPerforms other duties as assigned and directedComplies with all policies and standardsOn-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Required Qualifications:

Current Drivers License (in good standing)One to three years of previous experienceMust have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or relatedThree to five years of previous experience
