Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 05:00pm)Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on metal fabrication equipment, including:CNC machines Press brakes Laser/plasma cutting systems Welding equipment Conveyors and material handling systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsDiagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize downtimePerform routine inspections and maintenance per schedulesRead and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics and equipment manualsMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvementsCoordinate with production teams to schedule repairs and minimize disruptionsFollow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication shopStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and controlsAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to work independently and as part as a teamWillingness to work overtime or on-call as neededForklift or lift certificationPhysical Requirements
