As a Maintenance Technician, you will spend 70% of your time on mechanical tasks and 30% on electrical tasks. You will perform mechanical troubleshooting on gears, bearings, and sprockets, as well as troubleshoot motors, motor relays, starters, and sensors on robots or PLCs. You will also be responsible for performing both reactionary and preventative maintenance.

Work EnvironmentYou will work 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, following a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. The team consists of 25 Maintenance Technicians who collaborate with the Mold Shop to ensure production equipment is operational. The facility, known for its cleanliness and minimal dirt, can reach temperatures of up to 110 degrees in certain areas due to the presence of ovens. As a Tier 2 Automotive supplier, we are deadline-driven and expect our team members to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
