**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for our facility in Alliance. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment used in the bottling and packaging of products. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficient operation of our high-speed manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment used in bottling and packaging. + Assist in repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and process monitoring systems. + Repair and maintain gauges, meters, transducers, and transmitters. + Perform troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC troubleshooting and programming. **Essential Skills** + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps and valves. + Knowledge of GMP standards in a beverage manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with high-speed bottling and manufacturing equipment. + Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off starting from day one, a uniform allowance, and a cell phone allowance.
