This role supports reliable operations and uptime across plant systems. ResponsibilitiesPerform planned, preventive, and unplanned maintenance on production and utility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process systemsDiagnose equipment issues using precision measuring and testing toolsFollow diagrams, manuals, engineering specifications, and safety protocolsDismantle, inspect, and replace defective parts using hand and power toolsDocument maintenance activities and update work order systemsCollaborate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasksPerform other maintenance-related duties as needed Qualifications and RequirementsAbility to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude with electrical and diagnostic skillsExperience with maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and safety practicesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctionsGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferredVocational training or technical education is a plusExperience with basic PLC systems, pumps, hydraulics, and facility utilities preferred Your New OrganizationThis organization is a global leader in cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance solutions for industrial, institutional, and hospitality markets. The base pay range for this position is $28-33/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
