We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This role requires adherence to all safety protocols while maximizing equipment uptime and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery.Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of equipment.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Essential SkillsIndustrial mechanical or electrical experience, including PLC troubleshooting and VFD's.Manufacturing experience.Intermediate electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems of production machinery.3+ years of related experience in an industrial maintenance role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Allen Bradley and Siemens is a plus.Experience with industrial electric motors, motor controls, electrical panels, and electrical schematics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves working in a high-speed packaging, industrial environment where decision-making in real time is crucial to maintaining operations. The maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, requiring candidates to work independently and solve problems efficiently. The dress code includes long pants and a work shirt, with no steel toe boots required. Shift options include day and night shifts, with training initially conducted during the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
