**Maintenance Technician** **1st shift** **$58,240.00 - $74,800.00** **Job Description** The role involves handling both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs using blueprints and schematics. The job requires using hand tools and power tools for repairs, working up to 480V's, and maintaining a variety of equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery. + Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. + Utilize blueprints and schematics for repairs. + Use hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks. + Work on systems with voltages up to 480V. + Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. + Ensure proper functioning of press machines, compressors, automation equipment, motors, stamping presses, tube formers, conveyors, air dryers, brazing furnaces, dust collectors, saws, and cut-to-length machinery. + Perform general facilities maintenance as needed. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Mechanical and electrical repair + Hydraulics and pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment + Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting + Possession of personal tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work with blueprints and schematics + Welding skills are advantageous **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work on a variety of machinery and systems.
