Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The maintenance technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of blow mold and extrusion machines. This role involves setting up, changing over, and performing maintenance on these machines, as well as troubleshooting various mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on blow mold and extrusion machines.Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical issues.Troubleshoot switches, sensors, and pumps.Manage up to 10 machines simultaneously.

Work Environment

The work environment is a plant dedicated to producing plastic bottles using blow molding and extrusion machines. It is a temperature-controlled, FDA-regulated facility. The role involves working swing shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, on a 2, 2, 3, 3 schedule, with occasional overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
