You will troubleshoot damaged machinery and equipment to determine necessary repairs and ensure their safe and efficient operation. Your role involves repairing or replacing malfunctioning parts, conducting tests to confirm satisfactory repairs, and monitoring equipment performance. You will also manage installations, oversee projects, and supervise a crew when required, while creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. **Responsibilities** + Perform diagnostic tests on electromechanical parts including drives, motors, and PLCs. + Troubleshoot and repair damaged machinery and equipment. + Safely replace malfunctioning parts, disassemble and reassemble components, and perform necessary adjustments. + Conduct tests to ensure satisfactory repairs and equipment meets specifications. + Monitor, adjust, and calibrate equipment as needed. + Manage installations and oversee projects, supervising a crew as necessary. + Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and detailed records. **Skills** + 3 to 7 years of experience in Maintenance within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production environments. + Mechanical, electronic, and electrical machine maintenance. + Troubleshooting skills around controls, PLCs, computer programs, solenoids, and more. + Electrical troubleshooting and repairs in control panels, drives, and motors. + Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, including changing bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Experience with electromechanical maintenance, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, switches, solenoids, blowers, fans, pumps, electrical, mechanical, schematic, industrial, welding, 3-phase, plumbing, fabrication, and HVAC. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and work from prints and drawings. + CNC experience, including maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and programming is a plus. + Basic maintenance skills such as changing lights, moving outlets, and unclogging toilets. **Why Work Here?** We prioritize worker well-being by maintaining a climate-controlled warehouse, ensuring comfort with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
