Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will maintain and service manufacturing-related equipment. This role involves performing a variety of skilled tasks across multiple functions and operations to ensure all machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair assigned manufacturing-related equipment in accordance with standard procedures, internal requirements, and safety policies.Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.Facilitate and follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations.Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports.Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance.Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.Support the Facilities Function as needed.Adhere to regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May need to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.Essential SkillsProficiency in maintenance technician tasks.Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Experience in preventive maintenance, manufacturing, and mechanical systems.Familiarity with electrical repair and schematic reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems.Ability to educate and train equipment operators.Competence in using safety equipment and maintaining safety standards.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
