Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our building's essential systems. Your role will encompass performing repairs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety and compliance of all facilities.

ResponsibilitiesCarry out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe environment for all occupants.Maintain and repair building equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Be available for emergency repairs or issues that may arise outside of normal working hours.Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and ensure their work meets the building’s standards.Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work for future reference and budgeting purposes.Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid potential issues and ensure the longevity of the building’s systems and structures.Work closely with the building management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.Stay updated with the latest best practices in building maintenance and apply them as necessary.Essential SkillsProficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.Ability to maintain and repair building equipment and tools.Experience with safety compliance and maintaining a safe environment.Strong record-keeping skills for maintenance and repair work.Capability to implement preventive maintenance measures.Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in residential maintenance and repair.Familiarity with hand and power tools.Willingness to train and continuously learn new skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as needed. Be prepared for on-call duties to address any emergency repairs. Our work environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the use of both modern and traditional maintenance technologies.
