Hiring for Maintenance Specialist

Hours: 7p-7a 223 Schedule (OT available)

Pay: 35-40/hr

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at a dynamic chemical plant. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot motors and pumps to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose and repair issues with sensors including heat, pressure, photo eyes, and flow.Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams accurately.Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

Proven experience with motors and pumps.Ability to troubleshoot sensors such as heat, pressure, photo eyes, and flow.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.Experience in chemical manufacturing.Strong emphasis on safety in all work activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.Experience in preventive maintenance practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
