Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking two highly skilled multi-craft technicians to join our team. These positions require expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong electrical skill set, with at least one candidate needed to excel in this area. Experience with PLC systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.Conduct mechanical work on gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and large blanking presses.Fabricate and rig mechanical systems as needed.Troubleshoot electrical systems effectively, with a preference for PLC troubleshooting experience.Essential Skills
Extensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.Strong electrical skills with a focus on troubleshooting.Proficiency in mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with PLC systems, particularly PLC 5's, is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a flat roll steel processing plant, a Tier One Automotive supplier. The facility produces blanking sheets for automotive hoods and truck beds. The work schedule includes a shift from 3:45 pm to 4:15 am, with training provided during the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm for 3-4 weeks. Once fully staffed, the schedule will transition to Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, with both day and night shifts available.
