**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and electrical skill set to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting injection mold machines and related equipment within a climate-controlled facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair injection mold machines, automation equipment, secondary equipment, grinders, vacuum loaders, and water systems.
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, including working with PLCs, 3 phase motors, and Allen-Bradley systems.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Independently manage and complete maintenance tasks during assigned shifts.
+ Work effectively within a team environment when necessary, and respond to call-ins as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in multicraft (mechanical/electrical) maintenance.
+ Experience in plastics or injection molding is highly preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical, schematic, and blueprint drawings.
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and controls is a plus.
+ Familiarity with robotics, particularly Star and Fanuc robots, is beneficial.
+ Experience in plastics/injection molding

**Work Environment**
The facility is an injection mold plant housing 150 mold machines. Employees are provided with uniforms, and the facility requires steel toe shoes or boots. The shift hours are from 2:45pm to 11:15pm, with training on the first shift for 2-5 weeks. The work environment is collaborative yet allows for independence, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
