Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment - Direct Employment

Location: Bloomington

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + overtime + full benefits - Will pay up to $45/hr.

About the Role

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our food manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and automated systemsPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtimeTroubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLCs, HVAC, and control systemsSupport equipment installations and upgradesMaintain accurate logs and inventoryEnsure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skillsAbility to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCsWelding, fabrication, and HVAC experience a plusSafety-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
