Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting seating equipment within our just-in-time production facilityYour primary focus will be on maintaining electrical components to ensure uninterrupted productionYou will read schematics, troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and 3-phase motors, and work with tester equipment and mini boilersYou will work in designated zones alongside seat assemblers to ensure equipment efficiency and assist with facility maintenance as needed

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot seating equipment to prevent production stoppagesRead and interpret schematics and diagrams for electrical systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical components, including 480V systems and 3-phase motorsCollaborate with seat assemblers to ensure equipment efficiencyPerform maintenance on pneumatic systems and mini boilersAssist with general facility maintenance tasks

Essential Skills

5+ years of automotive maintenance experienceExpertise in electrical troubleshooting, including rebuilding wires and working with electrical circuitsProficiency in pneumatics troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret schematic printsJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $67600.00/yr.
