Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving all equipment associated with the production of die cast parts. This includes, but is not limited to, die cast machines, presses, robots, electric melting furnaces/pre-heaters, CNCs, and other related assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment associated with die cast production.Maintain and improve the functionality of die cast machines, presses, and robots.Perform maintenance on electric melting furnaces, pre-heaters, CNCs, and assembly equipment.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.Utilize knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC's and troubleshoot Motoman and ABB Robots.Apply hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic skills effectively.Engage in fabrication tasks as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Maintenance Journeyman Card is preferred.Journeyman Card Holders earn $37.24/hour.Without Card, pay is dependent on skillset, ranging from $30-$36/hour.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $77459.00/yr.
