Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our facility in Antioch, TN. This role involves performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot PLCs, as well as work with sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, with a preference for Siemens or Allen Bradley systems.Work on and maintain sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and hydraulic equipment.Essential Skills
7+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance.Ability to read PLC ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs.Experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls.Knowledge of Three-Phase Motor Controls and AC/DC Servo Drives.High school diploma or GED.Additional Skills & Qualifications
No additional certifications required.Experience in industrial maintenance environments is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is in a heavy industrial environment focused on metal stamping for the automotive industry. The facility is not temperature controlled and can be noisy due to continuous stamping presses. The maintenance team works approximately 8-9 hours of overtime, with no requirement to work seven days a week. Employees typically rotate weekend shifts. Protective gear such as ear protection, safety glasses, and gloves are provided by the company, while employees must provide their own steel-toed boots or safety shoes.
